Volunteering
We look for people with a heart for service and mission, committed to the project:
- With their gaze centered on the person
- With an open mind and heart, seeing the mission as one that transforms us as well
- With an inner urgency for the transformation of the world from the principles of Christian social teaching
- Young people who are well formed and mature enough to accompany others
- With a professional profile
Individual volunteering
- Be at least 21 years old
- Fluency in Spanish and/or English
- Live the Plan's values: service, unity, perseverance, hope and responsibility
Group volunteering
- The same individual requirements
- One adult chaperone for every 10 underage volunteers
- Belonging to a group, alliance or university
- A signed code of conduct and letter of responsibility for minors
