Who we are
We are a citizen-led nonprofit — the Council for the Integral Development of Cuatro Ciénegas, CODICC A.C. — established in 2016. We work hand in hand with public authorities and institutions toward one great dream: transforming the community.
Our purpose
To answer God's call to help awaken in every person the ability to dream big and chart the path of their fullest vocation.
Our vision
The whole Plan revolves around that question: we help every person discover that they can dream big, so they can reach and make the most of the opportunities of their life.
Two hands, one promise
The big hand is the community that holds; the small hand, the new generations growing up. And the yellow dot between the 20 and the 40 is the road we are walking together.

Our history
The road so far
2005
First missions in Cuatro Ciénegas, with young people organized by seminarian James Shekelton.
2016
After 11 years of walking the streets as missionaries, a community diagnosis gives life to Plan 20·40: CODICC A.C. is born.
2017
Accompaniment of the families of the new generations begins.
2018
The first full-time guides join the team.
2019
Strategic alliance with New Generations Foundation for fundraising.
2020
15 years of the Missionary Family in Cuatro Ciénegas; coordination teams are created for each pillar.
2021
Participatory diagnosis in Colonia Independencia and the first stone is laid for the Hogar de la Esperanza — the Home of Hope.
2022
Plan 20·40 begins operating in Colonia Independencia, Monterrey.
